As I was getting ready one day to draw a comic I needed a good warm-up sketch. I didn't have any ideas so I decided to ask Aja. She gave me a terrible answer until I gave her a push in the right direction and she wanted a picture of her dancing in a sundress and cowboy boots. So a piece of paper, a pencil and a couple of google searches on sundresses and cowboy boots later I had the makings of this picture. Surprisingly this became more than a sketch and became a challenge. This one definitely had me reaching out of my comfort zone of warriors beating the snot out of each other. The pose alone took me a while just to get in my head not to mention how long it took to make look natural. In the end it was a good time, no alcohol required. I also learned quite a bit while drawing it too!
